Cancellation Policy
Event consultations are designed to provide clarity, direction, and professional guidance for your event or wedding. Please review the following before booking: A consultation does not reserve your event date. Dates are secured only after a signed contract and retainer are received. Consultations are scheduled by appointment only and are conducted via Zoom or in person (as specified at booking). Consultation fees are non-refundable, as time and preparation are reserved exclusively for you. If you proceed with booking services, the consultation fee will be credited toward your final invoice. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. J Plus Creative reserves the right to decline projects that are not aligned with our services, availability, or creative direction.
